the Taipa Houses-Museum
is considered as one of the cultural
relics and heritages of Taipa Island.
Mint-colored buildings are impressive
and good photo spots in Taipa Village.
In 1992, the Taipa Houses Museum
was acclaimed as one of in the top eight
scenes of Macao for its outstanding
beauty and important architectural
value in Macau.

② Museum of Taipa and Coloane History
' Taipa Village Attractions '
The Museum of Taipa and Coloane
History was Built in the late 19th
century and formerly known as the
Municipal Council of the Islands.
Like the Taipa House Museum,
mint-colored buildings are impressive
People stop in front of the mint-colored
beautiful building to take picutures.

③ Tin Hau Temple
' Taipa Village Attractions '
The Tin Hau Temple is only
dedicated to the Goddess Tin Hau.
It is the oldest Temple in Taipa and
was built since 1785, overlooking a
strip of seashore at the South, which
nowadays has been reclaimed and
developed as Cotai area.
The Tin Hau Temple is right next to the
Museum of Taipa and Coloane History,
so it's a great place to visit.
The fishermen worshipped Tin Hau
for protecting them from bad
weather in the sea.

④ Cunha Street (Rua Do Chunha)
' Taipa Village Attractions '
Cunha Street,
small alley in Taipa Village
was officially named in 1884.
Originally a Portuguese Navy captain,
Cunha first arrived in Macau on 2nd
May, 1850 as the 81st governor.
As one of the important and bustling
streets in Taipa Village, Cunha Street is
lined with local restaurants and shops.
Macau's signature almond cookies
and egg tarts are available here in
Cunha Street in Taipa.
⑤ Lord Stow's Bakery, Egg Tart

Walking along Cunha street in Taipa,
you will find an exceptionally long line.
It is Lord Stow's bakery famous for
egg tart, Macau's specialty.
You don't need to wait long because
the waiting line is quickly reduced.

If you go further from the museum of
Taipa and Coloane History, you will
meet pretty pastel restaurant famous
for a Michelin restaurant.
It is António,
Portuguese restaurant.
António was established in 2007 in
Taipa Village Macau by award-winning
Portuguese chef António.
You can taste wonderful Portuguese
food in Antonio in Taipa Village.

' Must Visit Place in Taipa Village'
Sei Kee Café serves some of Macau’s most
iconic dishes, namely the pork chop bun
and clay pot-brewed coffee and milk tea.
The café is very popular spot not ony
for tourist but also for locals. It is very
close to Nike Factory Store.

The current shop in Taipa Village
provides a variety of snacks that
convey the nostalgic feeling for
customers with the taste of history.
