Dalgona coffee 

is a coffee made by whipping equal

proportions of instanct coffee, sugar

and hot water until it becomes creamy

and then adding it to cold or hot milk.

during corona 19 pandemic when

governments began campains to 

promote isolation and social

disrancing in spring 2020.

 

Looking for something fun to do at 

home, it seems Dalgona coffee has

become very popular.

'Dalgona Coffee Recipe'

[Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee]

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp very hot water

some milk

 

sugar : coffee : water 

1 : 1 : 1

Put the instant coffee, sugar and

hot water to a medium size mixing

bowl.

Using a whisk, whip the coffee mixture

until it is light brown, fluffy and holds

stiff peaks when the whisk is removed.

 

It is said that Dalgona coffee should be 

stirred about 400 times to complete it.

But as I made it, I have to stir more.

Pour an appropriate amount of milk

 into the cup and put the creamy

coffee mixture on the milk using

a spoon.

 

Finally, BTS RM first finished

Dalgona coffee while BTS Jimin is 

still stirring the coffee mixsture.

It’s actually slightly bitter,

but has a sweet aftertaste.

 

Acturally,

It is not very easy to make Dalgona

coffee that needs to be stirred more

than 400 times by hand.

 

 

 

 

 

Using an electric hand-held mixer,

you can make Dalgona coffee

much more easily.

 

 

 

 

 

I also tried to make Dalgona coffee

several times with my family at home.

 

You can enjoy much more delicious
