[How to Use Seoul Subway] Public Transportation In Seoul - Subway

in Seoul 」
written by Susan Lim
Subway (Metro)
is probably the most favored public
transportation in Seoul by both Koreans
and international visitors.
I recommend a fast and safe subway
when traveling around Seoul.
As a Korean, I also use subways
the most in Seoul.
Seoul Metropolitan Area subway system
covers an expansive area, including Line
1-9 with additional extended lines, such
as Sinbundang Line,Gyeongchun Line,
Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Ever Line,
Uisinseol Line, and more, branching
throughout the metropolitan area.
Each subway lines are divided by color
and route number and station number
are written so that anyone can easily
recognize it.
For example,
Red for Line 1, Green for Line 2
Orange for Line 3, Blue for Line 4
Purple for Line 5, etc.
